Inbox Zero is an open-source AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook. It labels and categorizes every incoming message, prepares draft replies in your tone for emails that need an answer, and clears clutter by bulk-unsubscribing from senders you never read.

**Key features:**

- Automatic categories such as To Reply, Newsletter, Cold Email and Urgent.
- Pre-written drafts based on your email history, calendar and CRM data.
- One-click bulk unsubscribe and archive.
- Rules configured in plain English.
- Inbox access from Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, mobile or the web.
- Email analytics showing who emails you most and what clogs the inbox.

The separate Inbox Zero Mail app combines Gmail and Outlook accounts on the web, Mac, Windows and iPhone and is free to use. AI drafts and sorting start at $18/month with a free trial, and enterprise customers can talk to sales. Inbox Zero is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, does not train AI on your data, and can be self-hosted from its open-source code.
