Warp is an agentic development platform built around its terminal. Developers use the Warp terminal and agent CLI to have AI agents write code, run commands and fix problems, and teams can define cloud software factories where fleets of agents pick up work, change code across repositories and open pull requests.

Key features:

  • A terminal and Warp Agent CLI with frontier and open-source models.
  • Factories defined in versioned YAML, covering repos, secrets, MCP servers and cloud access.
  • Work picked up from Slack, Linear or Jira.
  • Support for any MCP-capable coding agent or harness.
  • Screenshots or video as proof of work, steerable from web, mobile, terminal or IDE.
  • Built-in evals, benchmarks and observer agents that propose improvements.

The terminal is a free download with pay-as-you-go agent usage or bring-your-own inference. Build is $18/month billed annually with $20 of agent usage, Max is $180/month with $200, and Business is $45 per user per month with SAML SSO. The cloud factory platform currently requires requesting early access.
