Figma Make is Figma's prompt-to-app tool for building prototypes and web apps. Users describe what they want, and Make generates code-backed results that are also visually editable, using the team's design system, Figma frames and other attached context.

Key features:

  • Plan mode drafts an editable plan before generation starts.
  • Make kits sync npm packages, library styles and guidelines into generated apps.
  • Attaches designs, images, video, audio, text and PDFs to guide prompts.
  • Point-and-edit, annotations and version history refine and restore iterations.
  • MCP connectors and custom skills bring in external data and reusable workflows.
  • Copies results to the Figma canvas and adds a CMS backend powered by Payload.

Make runs in the browser with a mobile view for testing and comments, and building on a local codebase is in beta. It is included in every Figma plan and shares AI credits: Starter is free with up to 500 credits a month, a Professional Full seat is $16/month with 3,000 credits, and Organization and Enterprise seats add more credits and admin controls.
