Stitch is an AI design canvas from Google Labs that generates user interfaces for mobile and web apps. Users describe an app in plain language or upload hand-drawn wireframes or screenshots, and Stitch produces editable screens along with matching front-end code.

Key features:

  • Generates UI designs with Gemini models from prompts, sketches or screenshots.
  • Iterates on designs with follow-up edits.
  • Builds multi-screen prototypes linked by interaction hotspots.
  • Exports semantic HTML and CSS with Tailwind support.
  • Exports to Figma with Auto Layout, named layers and editable text.
  • Connects to AI coding agents such as Antigravity over MCP for two-way edits.

Stitch runs in the browser and includes templates for portfolios, dashboards, landing pages and mobile apps. Users own their generations. It is currently free with a daily credit limit that resets at midnight UTC, and is available in English to users 18 and over in countries where Gemini is available.
